Binding Agreement. These Terms govern your use of https://cainsmobileautorepair.com. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Service Description. This Site describes Brake Repair, Vehicle Diagnostics, Emergency Roadside Assistance, Engine Repair, Auto Maintenance, Motorcycle Repair provided by Cain's Mobile Auto Repair. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Site Content. Content displayed on https://cainsmobileautorepair.com is the property of Cain's Mobile Auto Repair or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Cain's Mobile Auto Repair does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Cain's Mobile Auto Repair's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cain's Mobile Auto Repair from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by IN law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in IN for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
